What topics can be dealt with through the Ethics Hotline?

This channel can be used to report omissions in controls or regulations, fraud, theft, embezzlement of assets, manipulation of financial statements, acts of corruption, conflicts of interest, misuse of the organisation’s assets, disclosure of privileged information, technological abuse, harassment, infringements of laws or regulations and employment relations, poor working environment, or conflictive personnel, among others.
